Cabinet Refacing — Rockland County, NY

Cabinet refacing keeps suitable existing cabinet boxes while changing doors, drawer fronts, and visible exterior surfaces. Box condition, layout, products, related surface work, price, and timing must be confirmed for each kitchen.

Refacing vs. Replacement

Refacing keeps suitable existing cabinet boxes and changes doors, drawer fronts, and visible exterior surfaces. Replacement removes the existing cabinetry and permits a broader layout or construction change.

• Compare refacing when the boxes appear sound, the layout works, and the main goal is a different visible finish.
• Compare replacement when the layout, storage plan, cabinet locations, or failing boxes need to change.

Materials to Compare

Ask how rigid thermofoil, laminate, real-wood veneer, painted finishes, doors, drawer fronts, edge details, trim, and hardware coordinate with the existing boxes. Product availability and specifications require current confirmation.
