Thiells is a hamlet in the Town of Haverstraw rather than one of its separately incorporated villages. For an interior renovation, distinguish changes to cabinets and finishes from wall changes or an enlarged footprint. Existing additions and lower-level rooms warrant their own measured drawings rather than being assumed to match the original house. Our Congers showroom serves Thiells; its municipal hub is Town of Haverstraw.
