Information you provide
Our consultation inquiry form and booking form collect your name, email address, phone number, selected service, optional town, project message, and permission to contact you. Please do not include financial account details, government identification, or other sensitive information in your message.
How information is used and shared
Requests are saved in our application database so the team can respond and coordinate your project inquiry. An alert containing your request is sent through Gmail to our business inbox. Our hosting, database, and email providers process information to deliver these services. We do not sell consultation information or use it for targeted advertising in this website implementation.
Online consultation bookings
Booking and quote forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated spam without sending email verification codes. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information for this security check. Our short-lived security grant is associated with the email you enter; it does not verify that you own that inbox. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
When you book a consultation online, we collect the same contact and project details plus your chosen date and time. That information is used to check availability and create an event on the showroom's business calendar (provided by Google), and to send a confirmation email to you and to our business inbox. The calendar event and emails contain your name, contact details, appointment time, service and message, and are visible to the showroom team who manage the calendar. A random request identifier is used so a retried submission does not create a duplicate booking; your details are not stored in your browser's local storage.
You may optionally attach one room photo (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB). It is uploaded privately, used only to attach to the owner's booking confirmation email, and is never published on this website or given a public link. Avoid photos showing people, documents or anything you would not want in an email. To change or cancel a booking, or to ask us to delete a photo, call or email the showroom.
Quote reviews, attachments and measurements
The quote review form collects your name, email, phone, optional town, message and consent, plus up to three optional files (JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF, 5 MB each) and optional measurements from our kitchen measuring worksheet. Files, including PDFs, are stored privately: they are never published, have no public link, and can be opened only by the owner through the signed-in owner dashboard. Uploaded files that are not attached to a submitted request are deleted automatically by a cleanup sweep, normally within about 1 hour 15 minutes. Quote reviews are saved as inquiries, not appointments.
The measuring worksheet runs in your browser and does not send anything until you choose “Attach to quote review”; the sketch is then held only in this browser tab's session storage and cleared after you submit or remove it. It contains room dimensions, not personal details. Worksheet measurements are a planning aid only and are never used as ordering dimensions; a professional field measure is required.
Owner dashboard
Bookings, inquiries and attachments are visible only in a private owner dashboard protected by sign-in through our authentication provider (Clerk). The server checks that the signed-in account is the verified owner email before returning any records. The dashboard is excluded from search engines. Customers do not need or create accounts.
Submitting a request permits contact about that request; it is not enrollment in an unrelated marketing program or a confirmed appointment.
Technical information, cookies and external services
The application records technical request information such as requested paths, response status and timing to diagnose failures. Hosting providers may also process IP addresses and browser information. A short-lived in-memory IP counter limits repeated form submissions.
This implementation does not install Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or nonessential tracking cookies. Typography is served from this website. Google Maps embeds can send technical information to Google when loaded. External review and social links take you to services with their own privacy policies.
If aggregate project analytics is enabled for the published website, custom events count phone and email link clicks, successful inquiry and quote submissions, confirmed bookings, and cabinet inquiries. These custom events exclude contact details, project descriptions, uploaded files, reference numbers and budget amounts, and respect your browser's Do Not Track setting. The analytics provider and hosting service may process technical request information. Analytics is not required to submit a request.
Retention and your choices
Requests may be retained in the database and business mailbox for inquiry handling, project records and applicable legal obligations. You may ask for access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify your identity and may need to retain information where law or an active project requires it. No automatic deletion schedule is currently configured.
Security and children
Requests are not exposed through a public listing. No online service can guarantee absolute security. The site is intended for adults planning home projects and is not designed to collect information from children.
